  2. with the fitting of the walbro 255 on the weekend my idle trims were still 0, so without a fuel pressure gauge I can assume its still fine. I only modified the in tank return pipe. when I fitted a 450 to the gold ute idle trims went to town. but then again I ran bigger wires straight away, so you may be on the money with the lower voltage helping maintain idle pressure. Im allways interested. hahahaha. I recently found out one of my local workshops has a 4wd dyno now, so now im keen to put it on the rollers after some road tune action.

  6. You are best spending the extra cash on the front Put DBA T2 on the rear with QFM HPX pads DBA T3 on the front with HPX or if you drive hard A1RM pads This is a good setup that won't break the bank

  7. If you grab Territory rear calipers you can fit 328mm vented rotors, which is what lots of people do. I did this on my FG. You have to trim the backing plate a little to clear the caliper (and touch it up with paint to stop it rusting where you cut). Is easier to make the Territory brake lines fit rather than using the Falcon ones, but it is possible.

  8. the pictures here show where it is on a stock FG MkII XR6T ute: https://www.redbook.com.au/cars/details/2012-ford-falcon-ute-xr6-turbo-fg-mkii-auto-super-cab/SPOT-ITM-324219/ if you need millimetre specifics, you'll need to get a member who has one to measure it.

  9. because it's club fg... no other explanation haha. It's fine to use as it's just a part made by somebody else, not pingtune.

  10. Yeah, that's correct. The rears are only solid so to put in vented ones in the same width would be too small for a vented rotor, so you'll need to replace the rear calipers/pads to do it.

  17. Remove TB pipe, remove TB undo x4 8mm fuel rail bolts leave rail lines as is pull rail up and all x6 injectors will come up out of the intake ports remove injectors, install injectors insert all x6 into intake port bolt down and away you go make sure all old bottom and top O rings stay attached to old injectors use Inox spray to lubricate the new injector O rings make sure injector position clips go back on correctly scale injectors and tune to suit should take literally 20 minutes to R&R injectors on a FG turbo
