    Thats a pretty decent discount for a relatively low priced item. Also im pretty sure a proper shift light would be much better than the torque app if you are serious about your drag racing. My phone doesn't like staying put on hard launches. Most of the time its ok but now and then the suction cup gives up and it ends up on the floor in the back.

    Well yeah it would have been smashing my date before without the wastgate actuator connected at all. 5psi dropping off sounds about right for a stock ba. Your idle vac does seem a bit low mines around 20. As for the diff bush it's a cradle out job so there is a bit of labour in it.

    Torque is great I use it all the time but I find forscan better for actually diagnosing things. Better DTC descriptions where as torque often has none

    Running some muppet in his r32 golf thing off the road. Idiot tried to overtake me from the turning lane at a set of lights, I stayed on his quarter(could have passed easily) and he ends up in no mans land in the middle of an intersection, hits the skids at the last second and ends up on the traffic island Haha. To be fair I was giving him racing room and if he forced the issue I would have braked, he was in a position to command the road I cant just hit him in the ass.

    Yeah the noise I had was no where near as loud as yours, but similar. Only chance that I noticed the PCV was a bit dicky

    So just to close out this thread, I was re gapping the plugs today and noticed the PCV valve was a bit ordinary. I could pretty easily blow through it. So I run out grab a metal replacement, get everything back together and go for a drive. Noise gone! I guess it was just screaming like a bitch cause it was passing. Car feels better to but that could be the plugs, I don't imagine a great deal of volume could flow through that small tube and it's not as if the old valve was free flowing.

    I will but only cause I feel your pain, so 14 years would be like straight out of school or something wouldnt it? Poor carnt, still beats the sh*te out of doing light and power though. Its not even that the work is that bad, just sick of sh*te carnts. And getting another job doing the same sh*t just seems underwhelming. Maybe I should become a tuner...;-)

    Not at work any more, work mate and I raged out and went on strike for the rest of the day coz long story short I work for a bunch of muppets. It would take me an entire book to explain how 6 years of horse sh*t reached boiling point today....     Have you checked your oil level in the box matt? Sometimes a top up helps. Although at 440kw its probably more likely that its hurting
