My leg day is 5x5 back squat with 100kg Then 5x5 deadlift with 125kg Then 3x8 back squat with 75kg Then 3x8 deadlift with 90kg Then 5x5 thrusters with 60kg Then 3x8 thrusters with 45kg Normally feel pretty damn crook when doing the 3x8 back squats but soilder on! Pretty much do not want to even think about walking or attempting to use my clutch after that

Yeah I think snap on uses sprag clutches or something in there ratchets, would be amazing!

I use sp. great value for money! The warranty is lifetime but still a little vague. But on that same note I've had no problems replacing the odd screwdriver. I also use wurth rattle guns ( can't recommend them enough) And dewalt everything else.

Just deadlifted 168kg, I weigh 82 really stoked with that! Double my body weight

Get an ace clutch. I wouldn't bother with value for money stuff when it comes to driveline components especially one that's in use 24/7

Great topic. I will keep a watchful eye on this one. Depression and anxiety is hereditary in my family and I suffered big time from it and still do. Magority of it income related. People don't understand how painful it is to properly suffer from it. Huge snowball effects takes place. Running out of money> stress Stress> anxiety and worrying Anxiety> depression Depression> no motivation No motivation> hating work Hating work> hating people and loosing friends Loosing friends> severe depression Severe depression> suicidal thoughts Then before you know it your spending time in hospital talking to multiple psychs and councelers. It's really not pleasent at all. Wouldn't wish it on anyone no matter what the cause. I have an open ear to anyone who wants to talk about it as I managed to get through it. Maybe Sharing experiences can help to overcome!

Fixed mine. First time I did the ford fix: Theres a metal rod that holds foam supports on the back of the seat, cut 5mm off either end stick back in. Creaks come back. Had another look. My heavy ass falling into the seat after leg day cracked the frame work on the front of the seat that connects To the adjustable rails. Welded it up. Silent just like a bought one

When people do deadlifts like a squat with a back like a horseshoe then thrust 5seconds after they have picked It up. Try to give them advice to only get it thrown in your face.. Want to knock them the f*ck out. But think to myself they will hurt themselves just as bad without my interference .

The top arm on the rear adjustes the camber. It also holds the brake line. If You look closely the the bolt is off centre in the washer. Crack the nut then roll it either way To adjust Had to do mine on the hoist with a level on the brake discs then check once on ground. Was too low to fit on the proper ramp haha

Yeah same motor from the VZs just tuned different as far as I know. Never paid much attention to anything with that Expensive Daewoo badge that comes into the shop Sweare to god its te only NA motor in existence with turbo lag!

3.6l Late model camira motors. Had one come into work a 09 VE. Clogged up the oil pickup because customer use chit oil at huge intervals. Spent two days cleaning it. Assembled the bottom end and put heads on today. The timing chains on them are pretty damn rediculous haha! Somehow managed to get delivered the wrong head bolts and big end bolts so I gotta pull them out again and put new ones in when they arrive :/ I find falcons so so much easier for some reason. V motors can gtfo
