Weight Training For BeginnersHey guys, I wanna get into the weights, but I have no idea where to start, I want to get into shape, nothing like a juice head gorilla lol, but to be toned and built I'm 5' 11" about 100kgs. From what Ive heard off a few blokes, is that ive "got the size" - The gym junkies should know what I mean? What work outs should I begin with? Amount of reps and the weights? How long should a weights sessions be? Bear in mind, ive started to a fair bit of cardio atm, hoping to drop the fat and get to about 85-90kg Can some junkies give me a bit for info and insight into where I should begin.. Cheers
