Site based team kicking up a stink due to lack of environmental clearance to use a particular chemical. It's my team jobs to arrange said clearances. One minor issue, the work instruction clearly states NOT to use the chemical as it has the potential to affect the operation of the equipment at the site......plus the environmental issue at the particular location.

Cliff Notes -Site team won't do the job cause they can't do a task they don't actually need to do.

Most of the cards seemed to be from Germany, but I only see the first and last numbers (refund is through the portal - I don't see any further details)

Don't think there's anything else I can do.

Tell the fuggen bank to do it all coz surely it should of all been caught in their scam trap way before it finally was

I got Spained via Melbourne , all $36 transactions. WBC actually notified me in the first instance.

Got a refund for a few , got letters for each transaction confirming a refund for the rest , yet over year later

I still wait for my money .

If I miss any repayment they are on the phone within hours,

Go figure ?
