  1. I can’t remember exactly but it was a rebuild job
  2. Had engine troubles last I read. 5,000km built engine. I'm sure he's been in contact with the builder so the repair can occur for a potential new owner
  3. Have them on gumtree, just realised they aren't falcon ones but shows size would do them for $25 for the pair
  4. Sorry Aidan no need here Arron, I have a pair, I'll confirm later this arvo for you. Brand new in plastic
  5. Haha I'm lazy and just use the main tv remote (standard viera) or the app.
  6. yep. Experience at track > type of car* *usually
  7. You will enjoy it I never did timed laps on the long track, but managed a 58.013 in a 1799kg 315rwhp barge on the short track. So that's your FG yard stick
  8. Oh yep! How the car squats hard and you sink in the seat !
  9. Kinda. It's quick to get them, longer to maximise them. The esses are the best part of the track. If you can get to the high end of 4th (in a street falcon) whilst nailing the apexes going through them you are flying - best feeling. As it's either glory or wall.
  10. So when are you upgrading the turbo? Seems like it's a touch small for the engine ?
  11. I had to change hard coolant lines (around the back of the engine), the FG turbo oil & coolant lines are larger diameter and slightly different orientation, intercooler pipework was a pain with FG manifolds and BF pipework, FG throttle body calibrations ... etc Tldr: get a nizpro B series plenum lol
  12. Changed coils directly after a 40 min drive. sh*t was warm haha
  13. It just clicked. Hey lance ! Luke (aka Ralph W) tunes my wagon. I know Ellenbrook is quite the trek for you given rocko, but I can honestly say he's worth a go for tuning & car setup, he has done a few turbo converted cars now, and WANTS to help the small guys (ie: us), and yeah give him a PM ;p
  14. Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's stick like sh*t to a blanket. Great in wet too. Didn't use on street for daily driving, only during street Motorsport events

    300 kmph

They already do with the 1000m
  16. Not even cat back. Up to the diff, the sedan fits. I'm running FG sedan cat to diff section. Running FG as I'm running FG manifold, turbo, dump elbow, dump, cat etc 140km is nothing Snowflakes will fresh up its appearance. But beware the rears will look tubbed as a result haha. Big guards. Good idea re: trans cooler, put a fan on it if you can. I think the calipers mount differently from BF to FG so try to find some BF 322mm fronts Honestly you don't need to worry so much about the car surviving. They are tanks (touch wood), mine keeps going fine and I have zero concerns about it. Note I do treat it with respect and stuff, just no love. My advice, as cool as doing FG intake/exhaust manifolds are, it would have been far easier, quicker and cheaper keeping it B series spec turbo install Good luck
  17. Ute exhaust way different. Front half of exhaust fits wagon. Rear section doesn't (sedan or ute) lol you're way off the mark, I'm a jerk when sober too
  18. This is 400m only. No RW with the Capri.
  19. Yep and that would of been the win to you that night. He came 2nd. Still good times
  20. Have you raced against gonz yet? Ps: a sh*tty crapi ran 1.23 off the foot brake with 10psi launch, you can beat that
