WPMO is it seems I can't read a thread these days without someone putting sh!t on Fords and crapping on how great Holdens are....................fugging over it.

Lumpy cams and loud exhausts can fark right off. Forced induction and lots of mufflers will be my aim. Enough noise to make it sound good, but not draw attention to yourself and make you look like a try hard.

Yeh that's what I'd be doing if I had one. With a nice warm and smooth sounding exhaust that's quiet cruising/idling

Stripes.. My cam isn't lumpy lumpy.. Well it's pretty lumpy..

But someone here keeps going on about SMB4LYF and tapered exhaust pipe etc etc..

So taking a leaf out of that book I got a customised exhaust made for mine that tapers it down from twin 3" to twin 2.5" and has additional hotdogs, and easily switchable rear mufflers if I want it to sing loud again..

So it's all freaking engine noise baby!

Yes.. But not enough to warrant changing the tune...

Since I don't drive it full hektik around town..

Swap rear mufflers to straight throughs and I get the missing power back..

Could be in my head but it seems more responsive with the smaller exhaust..

Just went to the doctor as been having pretty bad heartburn this evening and turns out can't even be scheduled for endoscopy as my blood pressure is too high...170/110 apparently...f*ck, so I'm at high risk of heart attack and/or stroke...rad. Worse bit is I've known I haven't been healthy for a while but have had zero motivation to change...the idea of having a stroke and being left a full or partial cabbage scares the sh*t out of me, but it worries me it doesn't scare me enough. Mum seemed to be a whole lot more worried than me...WTF is wrong with me?!

I know the feeling ,have put on 10 kilos over two years and feel very unfit .just love my food to much .it will kill me in the end . have not been to a doctor for a cheque up for 10 years or so . but this forum does not help ,sitting in a chair and staying up late
