got all me powders and shakers and done some food shopping :)

got me iphone app to record gym sessions.

now all I need to do is sit at home and watch my muscles grow... right?

He will take the protien shake after training with a teaspoon of creatine in it aswell, Mika. Reason I get him to have creatine after a workout is at that point his muscles will pull everything it gets as there starving, so the creatine will start doing whats it's made to do. As he gets a bit bigger he will have creatine preworkout and post workout. Remember Mika you have to cycle creatine as the body will adapt to it and won't work 100%, so I do 8weeks on 4 weeks of. Plus I will be answering all of STAINOnegger questions from now on!
