400mg of caffeine and 1.5l of xtend and I've survived 10x3 @ 120.

Pretty happy given that I couldn't even do three reps of 120 on the bench at Christmas last year.

What do you usually do for abs MiKa?

All till failure..

Crunches on a medicine ball, plank and then leg raises. that's one set, I do 3 sets..

But I usually swap something out, I mix it up but that's basically what I do.

Think I'm going to start a strict diet and training routine.

Not to get bigger but to Lean up as I've got that bug again even though I continue to train 5-6 days a week.

See how strict I can get.

I'm doing the same or have been the last 2 weeks. Want to try and drop down to 5-6%. I'm about 9-10 atm. Funny thing though is I'm eating as much now if not more than I ever have been but continue to get leaner and bigger. It really is 20% gym and 80% nutrition and rest. I love a cheat meal don't worry about that but eating clean is the way to go. Can't express how much better I feel day to day.

^^^Yeah I know how you feel buddy.

I was just saying to G6ERocket the other night I'm kinda over the gym but have got that bug again where I will go onto a strict diet and see how I go.

Keep us posted wingnut, I've started today and my weight is 96kg. Would live to get to 91-92kg and lean muscle no bodyfat.
