Not to get bigger but to Lean up as I've got that bug again even though I continue to train 5-6 days a week. See how strict I can get. Edited 14/04/13 11:52 AM by nick d
Wingnut Member 573 Member For: 18y 1m 14d Gender: Male Posted 14/04/13 07:46 PM Posted 14/04/13 07:46 PM I'm doing the same or have been the last 2 weeks. Want to try and drop down to 5-6%. I'm about 9-10 atm. Funny thing though is I'm eating as much now if not more than I ever have been but continue to get leaner and bigger. It really is 20% gym and 80% nutrition and rest. I love a cheat meal don't worry about that but eating clean is the way to go. Can't express how much better I feel day to day.

I was just saying to G6ERocket the other night I'm kinda over the gym but have got that bug again where I will go onto a strict diet and see how I go. Keep us posted wingnut, I've started today and my weight is 96kg. Would live to get to 91-92kg and lean muscle no bodyfat.
