But dont claim you love them either, as reverse psychology doesnt work, and you'll get made to do them anyway, but probably more reps/heavier weight. Dont whinge that its too difficult or too heavy, cause they'll throw in an extra set. And never forget that personal trainers are sadists. Lol.TL;DR?: You're screwed.
