  1. Congrats! That's certainly moving!
  2. Looks good... Apart from the gauges.
  3. Do a search through the forum mate. There's heaps of threads full of all the info you're after.
  4. Oh hell yes!
  5. In one of the fuse compartments. to work out which one. I can't remember off the top of my head.
  6. Relay might be stuffed.
  7. It's already well proven that those factory parts are capable of far more power than you're trying to achieve. The test suggested earlier is a good way to see the benefit of the intake manifold changes you've made. That test would at least establish a base line. Please don't take my comments as insults as I'm genuinely interested in what you're trying to achieve. I'm just trying to wrap my head around what you're doing.
  8. Yeah, that's not a bad idea.
  9. Congrats on taking a different route. The talk of "optimum efficiency" followed by the parts you listed is a little confusing to me. That won't be optimum for the car as a package. Over engineering the hardware for the desired result is the way to go IMO.
  10. Do you have any flow tests to show the problems you're talking about vs your changes or is just all hypothetical? I prefer the black piping and crossover vs the polished/silver stuff. Good work in any case.

    Wtf

It's not time yet. The 21st isn't over yet in the Mayan timezone.
  12. It's a myth. There is no reset. The cam phasers are constantly moving and adjusting.
  13. And it's the gun's fault apparently...
  14. Do you have something to align the new clutch?
  15. The bush your getting is a stronger bush that is designed to last much longer than the stock bush. I have the front lower control arms, diff bush, control blade bushes, Koni shocks and a front sway bar done in my car. It's very different from stock, but you quickly get used to it. It's not better or worse IMO. It's just different.
  16. More road noise and you'll hear the diff whine a little when you're up it.

    Next Vic Cruise

  18. Yeah. I think the same with star trails. I had all the files there for the time lapse so I thought I'd give it a go anyway.
  19. Busy night for me last night. I was in Shepparton for a car shoot... Then as I got back into town I saw the orange glow that could've only been a big fire out towards my sisters place. So I raced out there to find the fire a couple of valleys over from where they live. Star trails shot of the view from their backyard... And I also did a quick timelapse using the same shots that created the above photo... Make sure you change the quality to 720p and watch it in fullscreen mode or else you won't see all the stars.
  20. My understanding is tube and fin flows more than bar and plate. Bar and plate cools better than tune and fin. I'd rather bar and plate.
  21. Yeah, start to finish in 30-45 mins. I just wedged a block of wood between the chassis and the sump. That pushed the back of the engine down enough to slide it straight out.
  22. Did you take the cat section of the exhaust off? T5's basically fall out of these cars. First one I ever did was out in 45 minutes. Mal Wood's guys do them in 30.
  23. What you're going to get is a thread full of posts recommending the cooler they use. Henz pretty much summed it up. If you want good results AND good customer service then buy Process West or Plazamaman.
  24. No worries. Check ebay and gumtree.
