Went pass the house this morning and the timber floor installation person was back.

So I get out and asked whats happened.

He tell me that because the concrete floor is so uneven when he put down the timber floor the front door didn't open all the way.

So front door off door trim off timber pulled back up. Another set back but only a small one.

He told me that he is sending the bill to the concrete mob.

Maybe I could get something from them with all the delays.

Far out.  Keep your eye on the prize I guess!

we shal see... im trying to convince him we need to knock down the bedroom wall and extend it to our office and make it a dressing room since the office can now be down stairs... that includes moving our built in but making it a custom built in and closing up the existing bedroom door too... means we gain 800mm extra onto the bedroom and gain a dressing room with a double door entry into the space and a double door access onto our balcony.... hes not sold ... yet... lololol
