But depending on the issue it may need to have some heat in it and it may need some revs.

is it possible it's leaking from the power steering cooler or something?

 

I was only sticking my head under trying to sus out why my horn isn't working and yeah wow sh*t was everywhere.

 

least the timing cover isn't leaking oil, at first I thought it was an engine oil leak but the oils stayed on the full line for the past few thousand ks, so that's the bright side!

Just clean it up and find the wet spot.
