Use grapefruit juice as its the quickest transporter into the blood stream for supps like BCAA, creatine. Yeah does taste like sh*t but works wonders really

Meh I just smash some capsules of it instead.

Put the bar across your shoulders like your doing a squat, not to much weight as you want to do high reps as heavy weight will cause pain. Then lean forward from waist to make a right angle, then come back up the down then up then down. Aim for 12 to 15. Hope I explained it ok. Or type into you tube barbell hyper extension
