successfully got to 90% or so of my usual training maximum for pullups etc :) yay... probably could have pushed to 100% but you know, no point taking it on too fast and too hard first up...

No, those are smart numbers. That means I'm growing at 100% of my bodies ability without introducing unnecessary fatigue ;)

 

No point getting stupid sore for no extra gain :stirthepot:

Another workout, some more gains. Legs were still slightly sore but not a problem getting the work done.

 

Bodyweight has gone up 2kg, it should stabilise again now after the initial carb loading.

About to go out to the heat and flies for a workout. I should have gone out early when it was still in the 20s but here we are at 34C lol. The weights are still easy though so at least there's that and the heat is fine until high 30s....*insert Guga voice* so enough talking and lets dew it!

Shoulders today …

the last couple shoulder days I’ve managed to DB shoulder press the 25kg dbs for reps so pretty stoked…
