free photoshop anyone? http://www.adobe.com/downloads/cs2_downloads/index.html required serial numbers are on the right hand side, next to the downloads. you're welcome :sungum:
  2. hey people, ssl/sssl combo (or even sl/ssl) how bad does the camber go? I know comodores eat tires when dropped, id assume the fords do the same? also, how many of you replace the shocks at the same time, and or trim the bump stops. cheers.
  3. oh that's why you're "panda eyes".....
  4. come again? I gedit... just sayin... boss>g6 looked at PSILOCIN (said "sigh low sin") for mine (the physcodelic in magic mushrooms, has a cool deffinition) but people kept saying "PSI locking"
  5. black G6e turbo with a bonnet buldge, ocean reef road over the freeway at about 4pm. sounded nice. you on here? what intake mods? sounded noisy up front.
  6. Never mind. That's probably the easiest DIY car work I've ever done. In and out in under 2minutes. Turns out they are the regular 5w push in wedges. To eBay! I shall return....
  7. Damit. Can't figure out how to upload pics from android... Either way. Phillips silver vision indicators. Small details make all the difference Add that to the white LED interior lights, now just waiting on parkers, and licence plate LEDs, then have to figure out what kind of bulb goes in the side indicators.
  8. Because its an achievable number on fairly mild mods? Dude? Need practice.... Your in a 12 second car. Interesting to see how much gain can e had with inj, cat, and tune. And at under $2500.... Wow!
  9. pm sent. can help you out, but it wont be a gb on this site, im already at 39 cans.
  10. this part I never understand... almost all amps have 'high level' inputs, capable of accepting the speaker wire and boosting the signal. the converter uses this speaker signal to begin with (ie it is not a true pre amped signal) and reduces it (unless ive missed something) what is the bennifit? (looking to do this in my car, and its one that has me stumped)
  11. 'attempting' a group buy on 50 cans of plastidip to WA. *cheap cheap* check out the GB ideas thread if you want to know more.
  12. any WA boys interested in some cheap plastidip? i've got a hold of someone who can do it at approx $21-$22 a can, delivered, inc gst. (FWIW, all boat sales in wangara are the only local supplier, and it'll set you back $40 per can) the catch? i need 50 cans. i will be putting this up on another site i frequent, to try and get enough numbers. i need to confirm if we can mix and match colours. as it stands, i'm after about 4-6 cans of white. anyone?

Well, given they are stockists of herrod gear (seaview Ford, for those of you playing at home) and a ford dealer, I'd imagine things would get very interesting if they fitted equipment to your warranted car, and then tried to deny you a claim. Then again, at $1700 for xcal and a tune, they can probably afford it.

One of the ford dealers Round my area deals herrod, and will fit/tune and warrant all work. Might be worth looking to see if they can do that in your area.
  15. ^cheers^ Not the same rims, and a Ute, but its closer than what I'd seen previous. White and blue always looks good, but worried that these type of rims are usually much more 'open' than the OEM ford ones. Guess I best find some plastidip cheap, and give it a shot.
  16. *this thread is relevant to my interests!* anyone ran white wheels on nitro blue sedan? will be an eternity before I can get wheels, so looking to plastidip my stock 18's white. cant seem to find many (ok, none) blue FG's on white rims, oem or otherwise.

cheers for that. all of my passes seem to have a higher actual speed than that which is calculated. only maybe 2kph, but still. works out to be a 4.7 to 100 of my 2.145 60', and 4.74 to 100 of a 1.956 60' which I ballsed a gear change on. gotta think it would be a tenth (or two?) quicker given how much quicker it can get away from the line (if I dont arse the gear up again) though to be fair, you should add a fraction to that time, as you do get about 6-12"s of rolling start. either way, sub 5 to 100... impressive ford! (all stock, oem tires)

Neither.... It's a contour ROAM. Maybe not 'quite' as adaptable as a gopro, but given its normal use (dirt bikes and (road) motorcycle racig) it suits me perfect. No case required, much slimmer, one large switch turns on and begins recording, waterproof, ally housing etc etc.

    bumma.... noted for future refference.

dont modify beyond what you can change back, before seeing the dealership? tunes can be removed.... intakes changed.... injectors swapped....
  21. cheers, think it could go harder. was usuing the launch control (more of a 2 step really) traction control off, and am so used to low power, N/A cars, and slippery roads, that I was trying to slip the clutch too much." need to get off it a little harder, and run more throttle... find out where she breaks loose.

have mounted them all over the place. had a VH wagon burnout mobile. tried; front bonnet corner looking back, rear quarter looking forwards, outside of rear drivers side window looking in at wheel. just ran this last night... LOTS of 'noise' given its inside the car :/
