Someone has a new toy being born !

Should be picking it up tomorrow or friday night, ready for the race meeting this weekend.

Internal dims are 3M long, 2M Wide, 1.75m high, clad with white ally laminate sheet, ally checkerplate floor.

You can see where the lift up side panel will be on the right side, I'll have a rack in there with shelves and bins for tools, spares, compressor, tea coffee and a fridge of course.

No ramp on this one, just a door that swings all the way around and sits up against the left side and I will just use ally fold up ramps.

Note the 19" XR6T wheels !

Will show more pics when complete and sorted.

And I have to re register this for comfortable easy riding (but can still be hustled through bends despite its weight)

The lovely gsx1400 ;)1488c150566417bf74acdf23d3fdb19a.jpg

I have a bittersweet love for the 14's

A few years back, I had a ride on the Rapid Bikes Magazine project bike with a 1620cc Phill Tainton motor in it.

Went like a good thing !

But the next year, we lost a mate on one just outside Mudgee when we were on our way North to Casino for the Streetfighters April Fools Run.

RIP Bullfrog.

So now one of the crew uses one as a drag bike with the same 1620cc kit in it.

Turned out 170+ at the wheel and has run high 9's but could do with bigger throttle bodies to get some top end into it.

We built this as a tribute bike for Bullfrog cos he was mad for the drags.

He rides with us each time we hit the track.

Besides the tank though, it doesn't look much like a GSX14 anymore.

RS250 tail, cut GSXR front end and bars, some random fairing, cut sump, deleted oil cooler, awesome shed built side winder pipe plus a ton of other stuff.
