I wish we could tie the tubes of all either females or males at the age of 10 ... or have some form of contraception permanently which disabled procreation until u went and passed a test for having kids. ...

Criminal records...
Dependance on government benefits...
Intelligence...
Etc etc


But then people would kick up a stink coz lets face it... assholes complain when they are offended by a street sign let alone permanent contraception.

Maybe. There is a difference between apathetic parenting and actively teaching your kids to be evil. I think the really bad kids mostly have parents who teach them to be scumbags rather than them learn it naturally. Clearly there are exceptions to this idea.

 

I don't think society currently has the capacity both in knowledge and technology to make a fair decision on who should receive such a license.

The tint is only just over a year old and this scratch wasn't there when I bought the car! annoys me cause the cars interior is perfect so things like this stand out.
