And seen plenty of stories like yours.I did the same, I was fcuked over by HPF. Your tuner obviously doesnt care about your car, the tray is evidence of this. He would have seen the tyres sitting in the back before he got into it and drove it.And they all end well when the car is taken/towed from one dodgy tuner, and taken somewhere else to somebody who knows what they are doing. For example, Mick at Pitlane. He has fixed many cars that others couldn't.Cut your losses. Sever relationships. Do whatever.
