Suck it up and stop your whinging, pussy.

:stupid:

I'm assuming yours is muscular Rukey?

I used to get frequent strains in my neck and shoulders that'd drive me friggin crazy...physio reckoned it was stress related. Which of course I thought was complete bullsh*t, I'm tough, couldn't happen to me. Then my psycho bitch of a boss eventually got the sack and haven't had any dramas since.

Not sure that it qualifies as Tortisitis, did practically render me immobile though. :pinch:

My is related to a neck injury and some related oddness in the bones in my neck. Is fine for months then whammo--- head no movey.

The muscle running down from my neck to my shoulder gets so bound up you can actually see the knot in it.

I've found cold laser treatment works well but its just not happening this time.

:innocent:

Feel for you man...is a fukcin ridiculous thing to endure. Even moving a finger would cause a spasm and intense pain at my worst, and apparently it looks pretty funny too (but could never see the humour).

Daily physio and half an hour on the tens machine with a sh*tload of heat packs was the only thing that provided any relief for me.

Have you tried dry needling? Tens or APS machine are good for the pain relief. So is OxyContin but we can't use that at work!

Yeah, used to get needling done all the time. Seems to have lost it effectiveness.

I need to have surgery to remove the growths on the neck bones that cause the issue.

I've got a barely used file if you want me to pop around this long weekend and help you out Ralphie?

It's even got a a flat AND a curved side. You supply the Stanley blades though, sorry...

PS good luck with the treatment dude!
