that's a big workout and a very quick way to over train if natural, I would do each body part once a week like,

Chest

legs

shoulders

arms

back............up it to 4 sets for everything and have a day of in the middle. so, Mon,Tues,Wed off,Thur friday Sat, Sunday off.

that was my previous routine for about 12 months and I gained 10kg then stopped, I then started this and ive noticed more results instantly and put on an extra 4-5kg.

I'll probably go back to that in about july to try and rip up for summer

and yeah all natural, besides pre workout and protein

that's how I do mine atm pazz! (yours I mean)

dont really like that routine fordom, you train the same body part only a couple of days apart esp after mondays epic fkn session!

what exactly is over training? whats the effects?

  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Injury-
  • Sore Joints and Muscles
  • Lack of Ability to get a Pump
  • Lack of Desire to Train
  • Strength Loss
  • Lack of Appetite
  • Weight Loss
  • Insomnia
  • Depression
  • Sickness- Constant Runny Nose
  • Moody
  • Lack of Sex Drive

yeah I guess its not for everyone, but I like to mix it up and I train with a experienced friend that introduced me to it.

honestly I look forward to mondays sessions, push my body to the limit, and that's after a 9hour day at work

To much on Monday IMO, shoulders and arms on the same day especially seems bad as you use them on both exercises anyway so you'll want at least one group a bit rested or your form will turn to sh*t. Just my opinion.

Overtrain, Eg my legs. Did too much on Monday and my thighs still hurt now. Been walking like a tard all week.

now that you mention those, I can relate to 5 of those haha

might have to ease up on it I guess
