Started working out to beef up to be able to ward off rapers.

Now im I <3 Bananas beefcake im more worried bout gang rapers.

Whoever said earlier about no training for 2wks and your endurance is halved..I can confirm lol..2wks no work and back for 2 days n I'm spent. Hammys never been so tight in my life lol

Anyways.. Creatine is best used AFTER gym with apple or grape juice.. Not water or cordials
