hey guys just wondering, I have a shake in the morning, then after weights which is about 5-7pm. I have dinner bout 7.30-8.

just wondering would having another shake before bed be too much? usualy go to bed about 11pm.

Proteins always a good idea before you go to bed because of the huge gap without eating before you wake up, slow release would be better. If you really want to go overboard set your alarm for midnight and have something to eat or another one then.

Also if you don't want to waste coin on commercials, strong black coffee and glucose is good pre workout.

yer cheers dillion, yer might chug one down before bed. I will never wake up during the night anyways. even if an alarm was to go off. lol

oh and just looked at 1MR. 300MG of caffeine per serving!

what does mesomorf use, I cant see the caffeine listed? or what amount, and same with jack3d
