So how's kv's weight training going lol.

he meant train waiting.

he can now wait a whole day in 5 minutes.

Do you even ride the bike you brought KV?

This is kv now, all this info ppl have shared has helped him get to where he is today

hey guys just wondering, I have a shake in the morning, then after weights which is about 5-7pm. I have dinner bout 7.30-8.

just wondering would having another shake before bed be too much? usualy go to bed about 11pm.

My cousin is trying to get me onto 1.M.R. Says its makes Jack3D and Mesomorph feel like hes drinking cordial. Anyone tried this?

Hes been an athlete his whole life, 42 and looks like hes 30 so so he has the runs on the board so to speak. But maybe this is a little too hardcore for lil ol me.

I take a bulking protein morning and night to boost my calories

and just take simple WPI after training.

I cant take any pre workout cause I workout at night :( keen to try 1MR to see if it works though.
