Felt that was more than enough as the two of us together spent over $1500 on the weekend. A lot were complaining about the fact that there was a wishing well there though. It got to be a bit of a thing that when it was a mates birthday the mate would throw a bash and the rest of us would chip in a bit to buy a decent needed gift/toy. That was fair enough - he put on the piss and we got him something he could actually use and appreciate.Trouble was the gifts kept getting more and more extravagant/expensive til the last one where I cracked it.This mate, instead of throwing a bbq and couple of kegs etc had it at a flash restaurant, with nothing on the bar (so guests pay for food and drink) and was "suggesting" a gift of something over $2k in value (shocks for his 4wd or something)And I was the one who was looked at funny when I suggested he could go and get fscked Edited 22/09/14 05:04 AM by Rab
