Wat.... dowen you havin to fly back or you local atm?

I'm completely opposite.. Love early morning starts.. Can get more work done between 4am and 8am than any other time of the day..

But come 4pm no matter what time I started work I want to be on my way out the door..

I work FIFO in the Goldfields Az, 8/6 roster. Spent all of last break moving house...was only able to put like 150kms on the new car.

NHASP see for me 5:30am-9am is full of meetings etc and very disjointed, so hard to get into a rhythm and actually punch out a decent amount of work until after 9. Usually takes me about 3 coffees to get going on site too. Been doing it for over 3 yrs now and still can't get to sleep usually any earlier than 11pm on site...go team!

I'm also sitting on a plane about to head to site. Albeit only for a day trip.

I have but one thing to say about the Goldfields.

Fuck the Goldfields.

Yeah the Pilbara has more to look at (during wet season) than the Goldfields...not that I'd choose to spend time in either if I wasn't being paid for it.

Haha when I was on site I would always work until around 10pm.. Then stupid me would wath TV until like 1am.. Up at 4 and repeat cycle.. I was living on iced coffee..

How are the blowflies out there fellas? A mate told me you have to be careful as you'll eat quite a few working out in the sun.

Fark I fly out tomorrow morning at 05:40am. that is going to be interesting.

Spend the night there and come back the following morning.

Much prefer seeing the sun come up from the night before than having to wake up to see it.

Try being a soldier. We used to sleep out there for weeks at the time and get paid half of what you guys get.

The up side is we got to drive Tanks and blow sh*t up.
