bloody manuals im sure there fun but cant beat the consistancy of a good auto. I put some good rubber on mine the other day & it makes a huge diff for even smashing it around the streets .I have a soft tune of about 370rwhp (for wife) which I put in the other day when it went in for a serv at ford (cant trust them as far as I can throw them) & I drove around on it for abit, put the normal one back in it was to polite for my liking. if I was to get a tune with race fuel for the trips to the 1/4 what type of power should I expect? also have a figure of 1685nm which sounds to ridicleous could this be right or does it need to be converted. (dyno sheet up in 300 plus thread, life begins at 300)

Yeah, they're the cheapest 19" 275's around. $250 each

Federals are the go are they?

the rs-r are the semi slick version more like between 350-400 but they are a good tyre even for general drivin. havent done any big trips yet so I dont know how they'll stand up but so far so good

is pretty cheap, mine were 375 to fit on stockers but that is including freight. thee dont have massive price increase like standard road tyre ive priced once you go wider. eg 235/45/17 - 304. 245/45/17 - 440 for a set of dunlop sp maxx.

I'll stick with the crap I got atm, but I'll get some MT ET streets on 17's once I'm happy with the car and get the hang of the strip.

All I can say is :buttrock:

I really didn't think they would be available when I messaged Joe, but lucky enough they were!

Real bargain especially considering they are fitted to BA MK1 17" alloys. Thanks Joe! :spoton:
