Watching right now where they build a 10 sec car with our Barra motor at its heart.

about farkin' time that they used a barra haha

 

the only thing they did wrong was get CHE to tune it

 

with 447rwkW in that chassis, it should comfortably run mid 9's. They did well to run a high 9, though

 

If they wanted to keep the car hammering around, some pistons and conrods would have gone a long way to longevity, but that's all I'd change.

 

They got it to sound interesting with that exhaust, which I found odd.

Yeah didn't expect such a raspy note but interesting 4 inch down to 3 inch.

Like that they showed Changing the oil pump and valve springs.

Was thinking similar with the power and weight but was good to watch anyways.

TBH I'm glad they used a stock short block just showing how amazing the barra is,
