My old Ba MKII turbo did it as well.

With 100k Id look at changing the drive belt at the same time.Worst case scenario it just my be your timing chain tensioner and/or chain guides...

I had it changed by my tuner. Also changed the drive belt at the same time. It seems to be a common issue - mine had about 120k at the time.
