You see electricians f*ck ups because you're working in the lowest paying job going for sparkies... the good guys don't hang around to throw cables through a roof space for 30 bucks an hour...

hahaa love the banter, happens with all trades  ;)

I'll admit electricians have it harder, our cables are lighter and easier to install. It's just a good 7/10 electricians jobs on comms are sh*t. They can only deal with 3 colours, I'd love to see them splice multiple 144 core fibers without f*cking it up and so they all test perfectly.

Like that job I was talking about, the guys phoneline was f*ckED from day 1 because they'd run all the cables to the sub switchboard alongside the comms, also they made a join in cat5 near the power which makes it even worse, then another join a meter higher up in this riser shaft.... I mean how f*cking retarded do you have to be to do something like this?  The phone line was crystal clear outside the house on the testphone...

It's kinda nice always having the cable tray installed for me by the electricians though, they generally don't f*ck that sorta stuff up.....

Yeh how bout that, I got my open class registration within a two week course AFTER completing my A class license..... I'd love to see you get your A class within two weeks after finishing the "data wizard" license

there's reason data jockeys don't have to be licensed
