Toothache starting.

Same tooth the dentist botched a root canal on and drilled into a raw nerve.

Never, ever could I have imagined the instant, electrifying pain that caused. Even the dentist turned white.

I passed out the next time I went back to have the botched job repaired from the bottle of scotch and handful of oxy/vicodin I took to calm me enough to go back.

Now - the same friggin tooth has started aching - and it's getting worse.

This is the one with the nerve that has been diagnosed as "definitely dead" twice before now.

This time I'm not going back until the pain is so bad that I'd rather return than go on with it.

This time - when he starts drilling I'm going to be holding his gonads real tight, so if he hits a nerve it hurts him at least as much as it hurts me.

That's it. Join us Collingwood supporters. I had one taken out in 2010. Funnily enough we also won the premiership that year.

Dentist botched a filling and the tooth rotted from the bottom up. Ended up with a nasty abscess before I went and saw another bloke who did a bang up job removing the tooth.

Lol - the last time before the root canal she (female this time) was doing an extraction - ended up pushing the tooth up into my sinuses.

Spent 6 months with a tooth rattling in behind my nose and a hole in my mouth I could draw air through with my mouth closed.

The the op to get it out - left me looking like the elephant man for another month.

Any wonder I hate dentists?

edit: and no - Blues through and through - still got all my front teeth :P

I'm so over people that watch others do all the hard work but sit on the sidelines and criticise. They're oxygen thieves!

I'm far to lazy to do anything else but watch -- with the occasional "you're doing it wrong" thrown in for good measure Bomber

Love a Sunday arvo when I can sink a few tinnies and watch other people work.

Hate it more than anything else when I'm the one working and the ones watching are meant to be putting in too.

Especially if they're offering advice at the same time.
