I got 1 and own 2 outright atm.

 

1.3mil for a big house = no thanks for me.

 

I pulled out of 25acres with a river running threw it plus on the ocean with a 5bd 4bth 6car shed for 2.65mil in November cause im a cheap crunt.

Keep looking imo.
