P.S being u have 2 I think? police reports on break and enter/damage to your car and now the unit block being broken into if you are renting u can go to your real estate and demand to be relocated... with police reports they have no option but to help u move to a new property.

 

Or option 2 which would be mine.... start kicking some heads in till people start realizing not to go near that place.

We are already seeing movement in the housing market (at work), so my target of 6 months seems to be about spot on to around when prices should start rising again.

 

So all I need is to try keep saving, I have the deposit but it's things like making sure I have enough to cover setup fees for water, power, internet etc. plus water and land rates plus money for a washer and maybe a dryer that I need to sort now.

 

Fingers crossed it all works out as I planned.
