Why dont we do a bay cruz say from portse to station pier its a good drive and we could stop in st kilda for lunch I think it would be awsome.

Hi ypurv4, that sounds good too. Maybe include a bit in the hills and a run up and down Arthurs Seat? A good summer run, but it can be a bit congested on the Nepean Highway (not a good thing if the day is stinking hot :stirthepot: ) But I like the idea

I second the Ballart (Sov Hill) cruise (home town) plus the Western Highway run is quite open, an easy drive and fun in certain places to open the engine just a tad but not too much :B):

hey ppl probly not the right idea in how to go about it but I dont want you guys to miss out on this event ive tryed asking the admin to post this for me but I guess it went unhead anyway can someone make a topic of this as I dont know why I cant post a new thread .....here it is ........

ok ppl myself and a few others so far are taking this on to do a SPECIAL TRIBUTE CRUISE to the man the legend Peter Brock

this will start at Krispy Kremes in Narre Warren Sunday the 22nd of October and will cruise to the main racing spots of Melbourne Sandown (though I doubt we will be able to park inside the gates) Albert Park and finally Calder (once an adequate car park is chosen) excluding Phillip Island for a few reasons its too far to go all the way from Calder to Phillip Island and also cause of the police attention alot of cars on the island even outside of racing w/e's it gets.

I will be trying this week to do an number of tasks to get this organised as a sucess and am open to sugestions

im looking for ppl to help out as well make things run smoothly as its a big ask of a short time

so here it is

WHEN Sunday 22nd of October 2006

WHERE Krispy Kremes Narre Warren Narre North rd Fountain Gate Shopping Centre

TIME 11am for a 12-30pm depature

other details to be confirmed as things come together I will update on it and let you all know

I want this on all forums anyone can think of that has some sort of following in melb ford skylines ect ect ect if you look on the ford forums there feeling it just as much as the Expensive Daewoo drivers and supporters are its not a loss just for Expensive Daewoo its a loss for motor sport

LETS DO IT FOR BROCKY

cheers

chris and team

Hi Guys,

Just posting this up as deek brought this to my attention.

All ford day in Geelong

We all went a couple of years ago. It was a good day out.

We were there as a club with all the cars on display.

Would any of you be interested in attending and would anyone else like to comment on it (if they've been to previous ones)?
