Rental price has come down heaps in price in glady. From an average of like $650 to now below the 400 mark. Been on the news lately as it is now cheaper than Rockhampton. Not sure about buying though mate

Yea if I was to go I would rent somewhere in gladdy to start and then eventually buy in tannum if all went well. I think I'm a dreamer more than anything haha

Sister just bought in gladdy.. They wanted 600k for the house.. She offered 440k.. Basically got told where to stick it, don't waste our time etc etc etc.. About 1 month later they came back and said if you're still interested the owners would be willing to talk over 500k.. She offered 455k and they accepted..

So yes house prices are coming down fast in gladstone
