  1. I'm dealing with an issue on my 2003 BA turbo manual where the fuel pump relay is not getting a trigger signal from the PCM. The car is tuned with an SCT flash tuner, but this was done years ago, this issue is only recent. The fuel pump does not get a signal from the PCM to prime or run. Sometimes disconnecting the battery and letting the PCM reset will fix it, sometimes it won't, but eventually it stops working and won't work again until reset. The fuel pump and all its wiring after the fuse box is fine, the car runs without issue if I bridge out the fuel pump relay with a jumper wire. I have swapped and tested multiple relays and changed the inertia switch, didn't fix it. The wires between the PCM and the fuel pump relay are fine (<1ohm), and all the PCM pins and connectors look fine, so I'm convinced the PCM isn't opening the ground signal to open the fuel pump relay (it does have 12v on the coil side). When it happens it throws code P0230 fuel pump relay primary circuit malfinction. Has anyone encountered this before and has any idea where to look next? Is my PCM dead? Any advice is appreciated, thanks
  2. Hi all, I have a BF that is discharging the turbo at around 4000rpm under full throttle. This problem started intermittently, but now is permanent. Still good all the way under half to three quarter throttle. I've checked all intake, outlet pipes, clamps, bov, by passed the boost e sensor, changed the (new) actuator, re-flashed too. Thinking maybe it's the waste gate or fuel pump lagging as it is standard. Has anyone experienced this or can think of anything else to check?

    hey guys. having some issues with my bf xr6t 6 speed auto. its standard exept removed middle muffler, k&n and typoon intake. hasnt been liking starting lately and the other day when I came home from work I gassed it n it kinda felt like it was making and loosing boost. sort of a less sever version of fuel serge. any ideas? all help appriciated. ben (dover) lenane
  5. Hey guys, I have been lurking in this forum for a while taking in the great info on offer. I recently (4-5months ago) got a 2006 BF XR6T. So far I have done Blue Power CAI, Centre muffler removal, Braided turbo oil supply line, DBA cross slotted rotors, EBC Greens, Tune. Its making 240rwkw very safely at the moment. Whiteline sways going in on saturday. Anyways next is Fuel Pump and Injectors and this is where I need some help... For injectors I wanna go Bosch 968s as I don't think I'll ever go over 350rwkw and I know people run these in 400+ setups... I've heard the Siemens Deka 60lbs are crazy good if you are chasing the biggest numbers but are overkill otherwise... Can anyone confirm or deny this? For pump I'm thinking either walbro GSS 341 or something similar.... I am pretty open to suggestions... Something that I won't need to get a surge tank for is preferable and I was gonna go in tank unless I am told why I shouldn't Any help appreciated as always guys!! And I'll attach a few pics so ya can see what I'm working with. Cheers, Joe
