The rear end settled a bit so I gave all the suspension a once over. Tuned the rear dampers, plenty of adjustment with the QA1 dual adjustable dampers. Played with the ride height a bit and found out pretty quickly that any lower than 340mm hub to guard isn't practical with a 4" exhaust. Nizpro cat flanges + speed hump = mad scrapping even at 2kph. Left it at 340mm hub to guard all round.

Money's on the fuel pumps, the DW300s are sh*te, have seen a heap of complaints of ethanol killing them quickly and my DW300 surge pumps didn't last long. Not a fan of the KPM setup either after seeing the pics of it torn down in Jim's GT thread on AFF.

Those DW300 pumps are sh*te on ethanol. Both my original surge pumps (DW300) started going after a year, only ran it on e70 for 3 months.

Wasn't there already some fool who did? I remember seeing pics of an upper arm and bolt ground down for clearance and they pulled out the inner guards.

What's tramp? 5 link doesn't do that. Yea I have really pushed it and not once has it tramped.

Polished cover looks trick with the black bay. Looking forward to results after a retune.

Good fun fitting them when there's fark all room ay. Keep an eye on stray current, it's the main cause of alloy radiators blowing out at the end tanks welds, commonly the passenger side.

Had a good run through jamberoo mountain rd and mac pass this arvo, not much traffic for once. Definitely worth the $$$ for the 5 link. Bugger all body roll and it holds a fair bit more power through the corners.

Mack247 are pretty good. Make sure you dummy fit everything Gunna, I found the proflow fittings don't like being tightened more than once or twice.
