Have had my 3 XR's serviced at various places but the best place would be Compass Ford in Bunbury nothing has ever been too much trouble and they usually come in around $100 cheaper than the Perth dealers

most of the cheaper tools are OK if they are not being used day in day out bit like the jack and wheel spanner in your car they do the job but if you are using them every 5 minutes they are cheap crap so depends what you want

Just check the pages in the section you enquired in Inter Cooler workshop and you will see the best intercooler is the same lenght as the peice of string easy aye

As was said they are re useable you dont need to buy a new one every X amount of K's do the maths
