Boost leak? How much boost is your guage showing? Probably best to get it to a tuner and get them to diagnose it on the dyno as we are all just guessing.

Initial impound is only for 48hrs. Then they can apply to a magistrate to impound the vehicle for 3 months. I figured they wouldn't apply to the magistrate until I went to court. So after the initial 48hrs I went and got the car out. I am not allowed to modify, sell or dispose of the vehicle in the meantime as doing so is considered an offence. The day after I got the car out the officer that pulled me over came to my house and gave me the summons for their application to the magistrate which will be on the same day as I go to court. Most people don't read the impound notice and when they go to court the 3 months starts from the court date and they end up having to pay 4-5 months worth of impound fees.

Parked in my garage until the 21st. Then goes to impound for 3 months. Had a couple mates drive it to run the eflex out of it. Probably get them to take it for one more drive to run the 98 through the fuel system then give it a polish and a few coats of wax to try and protect the paint a bit as I'm pretty sure it will be sitting in the weather at the impound.

Yeah It's Bunnings but I think it's only 10% of the difference.

As far as prices go. Doesn't Bunnings have a "Lowest prices guaranteed" policy. So if you see it cheaper in Masters just tell them at the check out and they'll beat it. Usually only by 5-10c but is handy to get everything you need from the one place and if you take catalogues with you they will beat everyones specials. I like to play this card at Dan Murphy's. Mmmmm Perhaps we should start a Dan Murphy's vs 1st Choice thread.

That's fine. As stated I can't be bothered, that's why I'm going with a PW plenum. Just thought you might want to show other forum members what gains can be had with this setup. (If not why did you post about it to begin with?) Wasn't so much for my R&D was more so for yours. Cheers anyway.

I will probably be going down the line of a PW plenum when I get the car back from impound. Just thought you might like to do a comparison on something which had allready reached the limits of the stock plenum. Cheers.
