Looks like its bent the A pillar.. cracked screen etc Usually that's a write off mate.. Also depends on $ insured.... whether they fix or just pay you out. Heast breaking stuff..

The centres are made here... the actual rim/rings are made in china. Ive looked at 2x sets of 20's on FG's... all I can say is that theyre very heavy copared to the originals. That was disappointing. Also brake dust really affects the alloy. Kudos to Tempe for taking them on.. but I feel that the quality just isn't the same..especially for the $$$$ theyre charging.

Have you a link to your thread HSV ETR ? 40kws is a decent gain without any increase in boost. From what Brad told me the plus option was more critical to locking the cams... and a more noticeable lope to the idle I also went atomic sprockets, timing chain, tensioner and harmonic balancer...with crow springs.

Ive seen it on many dyno runs.. doesn't expand.. just stiffens up if that makes sense..

Yeah.. didn't lock the cams. As I stated earlier.. its going to be hard to compare to previous dyno runs. Its already modded running 300rwks before this second round.

Little bit metal off the front crash bar.. 2x mounting holes drilled into the top support Adam the 2x spacers are part of the kit... space it off the coolers in front of the radiator

Been waiting for this topic to surface. Just fitted Atomic stage 4 cams to my FG. Ive had success in the past with camshaft upgrade in bossted applications so I thought..Hell ..why not. Idle is smooth,albeit abit all over the place due to the vacuum change. But they do sound raspier on a rev. Its getting tuned next week so well see. Unfortunately Ive added acouple of other upgrades at the same time so its going to be hard to say what made how much. Standard FG cams are an upgrade over BA/BF..and even then the FG cams are conservative due to emissions and the like. I just wanted to try something abit different. True..its not a cheap option, but while the cams were out for the valve spring upgrade we threw them in. Tuning is an issue. A lot more time will be spent..again at a cost. Stay tuned.. no pun intended lol

The more I look at it , id say it is a modded B series cooler... May explain all the metal trimming. If its Nizpro..I sure itll be up to the task. I don't post pics (how).. if some one wants to PM me their email address I can email pics and they can post on my behalf.

It does look smaller mate.. I think it could be one of Nizpros early units. Mine sits just under the bonnet latch..and your end tanks look slightly different. You have to push that little cooler back towards the radiator to give you more room between the crash bar. Little bit of metal trimming is still required where the tanks are. Ive got heaps of photos of my install.. I should post them one day...

Great write up Adam. These things are a challenge to fit. No instructions supplied, so every bit of info helps. Just a note.. but you've mounted the cooler way too low. The top of the cooler should be 5-10mm max below the bonnet latch. You shouldn't have to remove any metal for the cold side out of the crash bar.
