I can go one better, last year when I was in California our convertible stang was brand new still had all the plastics wrapped on the interior. When you first fire it up it sounds reasonably good but after about 10 secs it settles down. I really like the look the new model and if it came here for a reasonable price comparable to the states Id buy one. GT of course. Be sure to head to Rodeo Drive and cop a look at a Veyron.

Why did they reject it?

that's bullsh*t. So many cars going missing in QLD at the moment. Worrying still is that none are being found.

Is there a pub involved?

I thought the episode was excellent. I was starting to go off of TG a bit. I have actually thought the first episode (hopefully the rest) went a step backwards from the stupidity. Was good to see a whole show about cars and their reviews. A lot less scripted segments with the 3 of them just generally finding way to include humour. Love the last bit with the Jag and the whole British thing.

Try Tint-a-Car on Burrows street in Albion/Bowen Hills. Dealt with them a few times and they are polite and helpful and have a good team. -
I definitely dont have the bulb holders. I took most of the passenger side dash apart and they just are not there. That included unwrapping the looms. Did find the wires for glove box light though.

Dont use a silicon based product!!!! Silicon is not good around your electrics and can cause problems. Not to mention it gets airborne and covers you the rest of your car with tiny greasy spots. If your engine is greasy and oily then hit it all over with degreaser and pressure hose it off first. As stated above be careful around your coil cover and again obviously your electrics. Then use a small brush and some all purpose cleaner and do the tricky bits by hand. You can start here if your engine bay is just dusty. To dress it and make it look like it just left the factory get some 303 Aerospace Protectant. Its a long lasting product and anti-static so should help keep the dust off.

Michael Keaton had the best Batmobile. That just looks like the crap Val Kilmer had to drive around in along with nipples on his bat uniform.

Mt Mee is a sh*tty road going up the hill from Dayboro (plenty of cops about as well hiding in bushes). Not bad once your through the 60 zone after Ocean View. As Tab said as well their is Lights controlling a single lane because of landslides.

Apart from one bolt, everything is just clipped in. First pop of the seat beltbolt cover and then remove the bolt itself. Removing the seatbelt just makes access easier, taking the seats out also really helps and for a 3minute job well worth it. The plastic covers around the seat mounts just pull off, although some force is needed. Finally pull the door seal away from the bodywork, then just pull the rear panel towards you. You can also remove all the scuff panels from the bottom of the door opening as well to make life easier. Use a watchmakers screwdriver to pop out the long thin cover and then remove the 2 (maybe 3) screws. Fairly easy.

Buffys interior is pretty good, better than a stock FG. Factory Leather is usually crap. The fit and finish on the FGs is better and the quality looks better, but looks can be deceiving. My thoughts would be that the dealer uses an external trimmer to recover the existing seats.

Welcome back mate. I to am hoping to jump into a V8 soon although it will sound a little more 351 and only have 2 doors to keep the theme going. -
If you have to use Ford then go up to Brendale to Torque ford. They are actually alright just ask for Michael. Metro in the city are pathetic and their service department is a joke. The sales team used to be alright but that's slipped as well and like the servce dept they just dont give a sh*t about customer service. I have the extended warranty through them although if you read the small prints its pretty much worthless. Its not worth the headache of having those monkeys work on my car just to keep the extra 60ks or what ever it was. RDP at kipparing on the Northside is a good shop and they know their stuff or Elite on the southside.

Put me down Tab, Ta.

Unfortunately you will need a full respray by the looks of the pictures. that's not from a key either, looks more like a screwdriver. f*cking scum probably went out with the idea hitting a few cars in mind. Those scratches are deep. 90% of the time if you can catch your nail in a scratch its too deep to polish out. More and more wankers out there.

Depending on the place you may find a bit of resistance due to copyright. GS might not be to bad but when I was looking for XR to be embroided a bunch of places said no before I found a place. Second issue I came up against was once the seats are all stitched together they have tracks that push into the foam alone the seams to create the seats shape. They work against you getting the leather flat enough in the machine. Those were the issues I came up against, maybe I just tried to use dickheads lol

Im runnning Evos although on 20s and find them pretty sticky wet and dry, only had them on a few Ks so not sure long term but for the price they are brilliant.

Zaino is excellent stuff, can be a pain to use and takes some practice but worth it. Wax then gives it an extra few percent in terms of looks and warms up the reflections and depth. As for the wheels I use a couple of products to get to the finished product. First step is to use a wheel cleaner and wheel brush to get all the back spaces and around the calipers. Rinse off the majority of crud and clean up the faces with a microfibre. Then I use a new product called Iron-X which dissolves iron but is Ph Neutral, it stinks but works. that's gets rid of the stubborn brake dust deposits on the wheels and brakes that the wheel cleaner does not get. Let it sit for about 5mins and rinse it off. I put some liquid Pinnacle souveran wax on then to finish them and give some depth of colour on both the wheels and calipers. Edit: Eddie, Im going to be in Tamworth whilst you lot hoon about the hills, Matt keeps coming up with unsociable dates
