Housings have been sent by Express Post.  I will private message those involved with the buy, with the tracking numbers.

Does the thickness of the radiator reduce clearance between the fans and the front of the engine? Or does it transfer towards the front of the car? Only asking, as I have limited room even with the standard radiator..

Not adrad but when I had an alloy fenix fg prototype radiator the end tanks where set the same as factory and just the core was thicker.

It's the same with their 32mm that has plastic tanks.
Should also not my mates BF PWR rad is the same.

So end tanks stay as factory but the core sits in and out further.

Clearance to condenser and intercooler stays the same. All the width is towards the motor. So yes fans get close to engine. My rad is 50mm . This is my clearance.

18 psi is factory for 6cyl.

Does the angle of those billet housings suit aftermarket plenums. ??

They are the same orientation as the factory housings. I have a Plazzy race series plenum and it has no clearance issues. I can't speak for other brands and varients...

Looks like they drilled the housing for use with a recovery system and not overflow.  They should have left a bit more meat in the threaded region.

Make sure the bottle you fit can be pressurised.
