    I am rostered on to work night shift and holidays are already taken for that weekend by someone else on my shift so at this stage I am out.

    I will however see if the other bloke already booked off will let me take it. If not will try to organise shift swaps. (Usually a tough gig to get coverage night shift on a weekend)
