What's the sonos connect for ?

It looks like an amp that will work off their wireless control system so you can buy any set of speakers you want to hook up to it ?

To just clarify

It's only because we had a big fuggly sound system and it looked like ass and I put up with it for 6 years and even told jet to buy it in the beginning for himself

So now I just want something nice looking and he can have a ginormous system downstairs for when he's working on cars or even put a big tv and couch down there etc

Just use concealed speakers then.....
