Front Aux inputs will only play music via 3.5mm head phone jack, it won't charge.

It's an option on the XRs I think. If you do have it it will be at the front of the centre storage bin thingo (under your left arm) in a little hammock with a pig-tail lead.

^ WHat he said.. Mine charged the damn thing until the battery died.. It was annoying..

On the upside I guess it encouraged you not to leave valuables in your car..

Hi All

On my 08 FG XR6 T, when I plug my iPod or iPhone in, the message "Not Supported" comes up

I can track up and down and pause etc but no on screen info

I thought I read on here that a software upgrade was needed

Does any have the name of the upgrade/ Patch that I can get my ford dealer to load over?

Do I need to return my car to stock before loading over then reload the tune file?

I was told take it into ford and they will do it for me (aparently the machine that does it at my local dealer is broken so I have to wait...)

Pretty sure they 'should' know which update is needed
