Getting ham fisted and snapping the negative terminal post of the Optima battery in my Typhoon. Last task I had to do before the first drive since the engine swap/upgrades.

I knew the small post style was going to give me grief at some stage.

It went ffffffffft when I bent the post so I think it's terminal...... Booom tish

I was only using a 1/4 drive ratchet, the battery is essentially brand new and has been sitting on a shelf in my shed, it been installed in a car, the car was driven into the shed then it was removed. I'll go and see my mates at battery king tomorrow to try for warranty in it on grounds of a defective post.

I love the optima, it cranks like a mofo and they are tiiiiiiiiny.
