Yeah you can easily feel and see the surface has very small ridges on it from the machining so the other problem is even if I smoothed it right out...there's now and extra shiny spot on the rim that probably flashes when it spins. I'll never see that happen at least as I'll be driving.

Mainly got rid of the crags to stop them getting full of dust and making it super obvious at a glance.

And nah they are 18" straight style rims, not twisties, thanks though!
