June 25, 201313 yr #7294 F##KING BABY MONITORS.The piece of snot (no, not the baby the monitor) affects our wireless network. Ever time its turn on the internet gets all wobbly and home networking functions (which I use alot!) fall over.If the piece of Sh#t didn't cost me as much as it did I would have binned it already! (again not the baby the monitor)Change the Wi-Fi channel on your router, it may help with the interference.
June 25, 201313 yr #7295 Get a baby monitor that utilizes your home network.... we have one.............
June 25, 201313 yr #7296 Awww fluff..J@ needs more sleep so he can better care about you and bub in the daylight hours..Is that before or after he spends all day on the lap top? Lol
June 25, 201313 yr #7298 Change the Wi-Fi channel on your router, it may help with the interference.thanks, will try this
June 25, 201313 yr #7299 It's possible the baby monitor will have a switch to change the Wi-Fi channel as well, maybe not though. Most commercial products are on channel 1 by default, including baby monitors and routers. If you change it to the other end of the spectrum (channel 12 or anything above 3 or 4, realistically) will probably help.
June 25, 201313 yr #7300 Yikes.. That's no good ralph.. Now you've got me paranoid when my internets get fixed that mine will also fudge it up..
