Sit for 4-5hours on a plane and I'm cactus though.

^This cruising around doing actual work its fine sit still (or sleep) for a few hours and getting up sounds like:

Left knee medial meniscus flap tear trimmed late last year. Worst bit was the week after when surgeon said still it was still torn and all they could do was clean it up. Fark!! Can run without pain but can feel it grinding under knee cap with weight off it. The six months excercise bike rehab was fun too - not! Sucks getting old, lol. Good luck Ralph.

Yeah Kosij I have tar spots all over. Mainly sides and rear, from handles/spoiler to the skirting. Bitch of a job as when cold it is like cement!! >_< Have to sweat like a biatch while using the HD cleaner, that's my plan anyway.
