Not sure what I did, but have either pulled a muscle in my lower gut or given myself a hernia.

Whenever I go to use the muscles that you use to take a big crap, give the misses a thrust or take a firehose piss - they spasm and I go into cramp mode

Then it's gone and I'm ok.

Started 2 nights ago when I went to sit up from the recliner - huge cramp/spasm every time I tried to move - was stuck in the "planking" position for about 20 mins.

Eventually was able to roll over, get up and stand and it was all OK.

Since then, randomly, if I use those muscles just above the pubes I'm straight back to the dead straight, stretching position riding it out til it subsides and I can maneuver out of it.

Not happy Jan

That sounds like it sucks massive donkey balls.

Go to the doctor and get an ultrasound to make sure you aren't preggers. Even if there's no baby you should still find out what's wrong with you.

Hernia

I'm calling it now:chewy:

Unfortunately they don't fix themselves and only get worse.
